John grew up in a small town in Western New York and after graduation in 1978 enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. His duties covered a wide range of billets within Aviation Maintenance, Marine Corps Security Forces and as a Master Training Specialist instructing both military and civilian personnel throughout the world. After proudly serving approximately 23 years in the Marine Corps he retired in 2001. After his retirement he spent several years working in the outdoors and traveling throughout the United States.
After spending some time with an investor in New England his interest turned to Real Estate. John was licensed in 2009 and while working with first time home buyers he also discovered a niche with investors. He enjoys finding homes that are in "Great Need" of repair and matching them up with a variety of investors who will "rehab" them for rentals or to re-sell. Even though John enjoys working with all buyers and sellers, he really enjoys the 'renovation" side of real estate. The more people that he can get interested in investing/rehabbing the better it is for our cities. By "Recycling neighborhoods one house at a time", it turns into a "win-win" for the investor, the city/neighborhood, and the excited buyer who purchases a newly refurbished house to make into their home.
